We're hiring and seeking good, hardworking individuals to join our awesome team! Positions are available immediately and we will train you in the industry! We're currently looking for those who have work-related driving experience and a Chauffeur's License, or the ability to get one quickly.

Lightning Team members receive benefits after 90 days that include: health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid-time off and retirement contributions. Crew Leaders work with minimal supervision and are responsible for:

• Demonstrating the company's core values in all areas
• Driving, operating, and maintaining company and customer equipment to the highest level of safety
• Maintaining excellent customer relations
• Ensuring quality control
• Completion of assigned routes
• Maintaining accurate paperwork
• Leading by example in a team setting

Requirements for Crew Leader:

• Positive mindset and great attitude
• Mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality standard of work
• Ability to learn how to use systems and applications
• Physically able to move items weighing up to 50 lbs and the ability to bend, reach, and hold a power wash gun for extended periods of time

Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass a background check.

Starting Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
